2. Joining the Sisterhood (Your Account)

When you create an account or join our waiting list, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect any fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). We reserve the right to change prices or run promotions at any time.
  • Payment: We use secure, third-party payment gateways. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We want to get your glow to you quickly!

  • We deliver across South Africa using trusted couriers.
  • Delivery times are estimates. While we do our best to meet them, we aren't responsible for delays caused by the courier or events outside our control.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is 100% correct; we cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

5. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site - our name, the Soft Girl Era logo, our beautiful product photos, and our branding - belongs to us. Please don't use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We take great care in our formulations, but by using our site and products, you agree that Soft Girl Era is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of the store or our products.
