Shipping policy
We want to get your products to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we get our products to the Sisterhood across South Africa.
1. Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 10 business days.
- Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an extra day or two - we will do our best to keep you updated!
2. Shipping Options
At checkout you can choose between two delivery options:

Courier Locker Pickup
Collect your parcel from a secure courier locker near you. -
Courier Home Delivery
Have your parcel delivered directly to your door.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the option and weight of your order.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping across South Africa. Your shipping total will be calculated at checkout.
- Estimated Delivery: Once your order leaves our studio, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location (Main centers are usually faster; regional areas may take a bit longer).
- Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers and start from the day your order is collected from our studio.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been handed over to our courier partners, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
5. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
- Since we use door-to-door couriers, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address where someone will be available to sign for the package between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- If you aren't home during the day, we highly recommend using your work address.
6. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives looking like it’s had a rough journey, please take a photo before opening it and contact us at hello@softgirlera.co.za within 48 hours so we can sort it out with the courier for you.
