Refund policy
We want you to be happy. If your order isn’t quite right, we’ve made our return process as simple as possible.
14-Day Change of Heart
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
- Important Note: For health and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on products that are unopened, unused, and still in their original sealed packaging.
- Shipping: For "change of heart" returns, the cost of the return courier will be for your own account.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare event that your product arrives with a broken part, a leak, or any other defect, we will make it right immediately.
- Please send us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- We will arrange a collection and send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
To keep the Sisterhood safe, we cannot accept returns on:
- Any product that has been opened or has a broken safety seal.
- Products used even once (we cannot resell beauty products for safety reasons).
- Sale items or gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Email us: Reach out to hello@softgirlera.co.za with your order number.
- Pack it up: Once we have approved the return, ensure the product is securely packaged so it doesn’t get damaged on the way back.
- Get Refunded: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
